Vaoafi Hart has over 10 years’ experience as a Training Specialist in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), and in the corporate world. She has been responsible for ensuring quality and quantity control of training, which has included guiding the development, management and provision of training solutions as well teaching, and managing learning resources. She now works as a Training and Workforce Consultant with CWS and has recently completed working on a communications capability project for RAN. Vaoafi is driven by seeing people reach their potential. Her passions are: learning about different cultures and the culture impact to educational interactions, understanding how to safeguard our data and loves volunteering her time to help make a small difference.
