Tracy is a motivated administrative professional with a Diploma of Management, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and experience in all facets of office and staff administration in ADF (RAAF), Government and private enterprise.

She possesses highly developed critical thinking skills to conduct complex research tasks for comprehensive reports and worked on multiple remediation teams during her time in the ADF due to her attention to detail.

Her ambition is to move into the Project Management field through further education and is always looking for a challenge. Tracy seeks out opportunities to facilitate innovative initiatives and contributes to business improvement strategies, empowering all who work with her to influence change. 

Tracy lives in Toowoomba with her daughter and in her spare time, you can find her ice skating, camping or renovating her home.
