Robert, as one of our Learning and Development Specialist has over 20 years of experience in Defence. He brings an extensive background in Air and Missile Defence coupled with Training and Development.

Robert has been in key operational and instructional positions during his previous career, and has always looked to enhance productivity through the professional and personal growth of his team. He is an astute professional who likes to provide high-quality deliverables and develop long-lasting stakeholder relationships.

After hours, Robert likes to spend time with his family exploring the Gold Coast. Robert also likes to maintain his fitness at the gym and enjoys competing in various obstacle races.
