Cherie Macdonald is a meticulous professional with extensive experience as a training consultant in Defence and Defence Industry, with a strong background in Communications, Information Systems and Electronic Warfare (CISEW). She is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer for CWS. 

Cherie has a proven track record in building and maintaining strong working partnerships and has been commended on her work by a number of our clients  She supports a continuous improvement approach to deliver positive business enhancement initiatives that enable and support workforce development project objectives. Cherie has a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly. 

Cherie is passionate about helping veterans through their transition.

Cherie is a mother of two children.   In her spare time, she enjoys music, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
