Capital Workforce
Solutions was founded in 2001 with the specific aim of providing high
quality and professional training services to Australian organisations. These
services include developing and implementing unique training solutions to the
Australian Defence Force, Government and Australian based businesses.
A key element in our success has been our
focus on ensuring great value and strong relationships are maintained with all
our clients, no matter how large or small the contract.
Over the last
decade Capital Workforce Solutions has delivered:
- Analysis, design
and development of a national training program for training a key client’s personal
administration workforce. The training program uses a “blended learning”
approach and is delivered at two regional centres.
- Analysis, design
and development of a “strategy” to “delivery” training system involving the
development of a training program. This program provided 48 weeks of blended
learning activities in 149 training topics.
- Business analysis, baseline
costing, concept of operations development, and implementation planning for the
integration of a major Defence project.
- Integration of
international training packages into the Australian Defence Force, and
Australian Quality Training Frameworks.
- Analysis and
reporting on the state-of-the-art training support devices and systems required
for an aviation training facility project.
- Analysis, design,
development and implementation of training evaluation services based on the Kirkpatrick
Evaluation model.
- Training delivery and
implementation support services for a major Maintenance Management system
project. Training was delivered to over 4500 technicians, engineers and
personnel at nine sites throughout Australia.
- Design, development
and delivery of a “Train the Trainer” program for the implementation of an
electronic document management system. The training used a “blended learning”
approach which included face to face training and online support videos.

Antony Butler
Antony is the
founder and principle of Capital Workforce Solutions PTY LTD.
Antony has over 20
years experience in the management, design, development and delivery of large
scale training systems. Antony has also been involved in the strategic design,
costing, rationalisation, and project management of Australian Defence Force,
Corporate and Nationally Recognised training programs. | |

Benn has over 10 years experience in management and customer
service, this includes the development of expertise in the government and finance sectors.
He is a learning professional with experience designing, developing and
delivering learning programs in IT systems/applications and customer service. | | |
